Dr. Jake Roland DNM, DC
Dr. Jacob Roland’s journey into healthcare began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as an Aerospace Medical Technician caring for pilots and aircrew. In that role, he gained invaluable hands-on experience providing medical care, from monitoring vitals and administering IVs to assisting with physical exams and minor procedures. After completing his service, he pursued his academic studies at Arkansas State University before earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University.
Today, Dr. Jake is widely recognized for his expertise in chronic and stubborn gut conditions like IBS, SIBO, and other digestive disorders that most providers struggle to understand. Having battled severe mold illness and gut issues himself, he brings not only deep clinical knowledge but also personal empathy and determination to every case he takes on. Known internally as our very own “Dr. House”, he has earned a reputation as a true health detective—solving the most complex and “mystery” cases that get referred to him from clinics across the country.
Dr. Jake has completed extensive advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, Kharrazian Institute, Kalish Institute, Carrick Institute, and environmentally acquired illness certification programs, making him one of the most comprehensively trained practitioners in the field of functional and environmental medicine. His areas of focus include gastrointestinal health, thyroid disorders, anxiety, depression, male infertility, and uncovering the hidden causes behind “unexplained infertility.”
In addition to his patient care, Dr. Jake is also passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of healthcare providers. Through his clinical mentorship program, he trains practitioners all over the country, equipping them with the tools to think critically, uncover root causes, and deliver life-changing results for their patients.

Morgan Prejean, PA
Morgan is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Prior to PA school, she worked for 4 years as a nutritional counselor in a medical weight loss clinic. She always had a love for health and wellness, but during her early twenties, she began to develop symptoms such as constant fatigue, bloating, acne, hair loss, and weight gain. She went doctor to doctor in search of answers but instead was handed prescriptions that only seemed to make things worse. She was diagnosed with PCOS, hypothyroidism, IBS, and anxiety, in addition to various other conditions, but was sent on her way with no explanation of the cause or a definitive treatment plan. Frustrated by feeling disconnected from her body, she began to seek out the answers herself with countless hours of research, learning as much as she could about her body. She knew it was important to get to the root cause of the problem rather than just continuing to treat the symptoms. Through her research in holistic medicine, she ultimately sought out Dr. Natalie who has helped her discover the underlying cause of her symptoms and how to combat them. Morgan now works alongside Dr. Natalie and the entire PCOS Doc Team to develop comprehensive wellness plans to help others feel their best.
